"Our king accessible room needed some repairs. One, the blind was ripped. Two, the water did not drain well in the sink and did NOT drain in the bathtub. I could not figure out how to use the shower, not the handhold. If it was an accessible room, the bathtub/shower was NOT accessible. Someone with a physical disability could NOT use the shoeer, as they could not climb i to the tub!"

"Outside still had some Christmas decorations up (it's April). Staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Room was nice but bathroom needed updating. Poor caulking around shower, etc. Bed was very comfortable."
