"The hot tub was hot enough we just added some water so the jets would work. Everything was very clean. The fiberglass shower floor is very slick when soapy even with the rubber mat- a handicap bar would be great. All appliances top notch. Plenty of electronic ucb outlets. JP came to the rescue when we had a sink issue. Maybe have his number handy for emergencies. Will come again soon. Braised Onion and Milano restaurants were great suggestions for dinner. "

"Gorgeous property and grounds, spacious room, and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. The room was a bit hot when we first arrived due to the sun shining directly through the window. We closed the drapes and turned down the air a couple of notches and it cooled down very quickly. Look forward to staying here again."
"We stayed here for my mother in laws memorial services. My husband was treated quite poorly at this hotel. No one would help get Internet working, we had no towels at the pool, the hot tub was broken but not mentioned online and we had 3 towels in our room meant for 6 people. We had 5 in our group and the manager said guests in that room were allotted 3 towels. My husband insisted and begrudgingly she handed over 2 more towels. Our last morning - the day after the funeral - the very few breakfast items they had were awful - no waffle batter, muffins that looks like someone sat on them, "fried" eggs that were thawed and microwaved and lunchmeat ham someone probably also microwaved. Awful. Our biggest issue was the manager who talked to my husband like he was an idiot (he's IT and couldn't get the Internet working). She has no idea why someone is there and should be a little kinder when talking to people. The housekeeping staff was lovely. "
"I had two rooms next to each other, my daughter’s room had a hair on the pillow and both rooms had a few little gnats. The reason for the bugs I think was that there was sunlight around the closed door, which I assume is why there was access by little critters to get in."
