"We were very disappointed in the cable channel choices. Sunday we were watching ESPN but when we came back from dinner we couldn’t get it. On Monday afternoon we were watching MSNOW and CNN but we couldn’t get it when we returned from dinner. Very disappointing. The showerhead was disgustingly dirty. We told the gentleman at the front desk about it and someone came to the room within ten minutes to replace it. Other than the lack of good cable channel choices we always enjoy our stay at the Henlopen Hotel."

"We have stayed in several other hotels in the area but Hotel Blue has a relaxed, welcoming feel unlike the others. The lobby is beautifully decorated and our room was comfortable and serene. It is located on the harbor and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the quaint town of Lewes (Loo-isss). We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and highly recommend it if you’re planning a trip to Lewes!"

"The house was amazing! The host was extremely communicative, even before booking and always available to respond to any questions or concerns, which I feel is highly important. I would definitely recommend this rental home!! It was exceptionally clean, and a perfect location with walking distance to the beach and 2 houses down from the beautiful community pool. It was also close to Cape Henlopen State Park and downtown Lewes, as well as a short drive to outlets in Rehoboth and many fantastic restaurants. We stayed in this wonderful home in beautiful Lewes, DE, to celebrate 50 years with colleges friends, and we had a fabulous time!"
