"I selected this house because it is located near family that we have in town, it is dog-friendly, and has a fenced yard. In addition, it has plenty of restaurants, grocery, and shopping nearby. It appears that the owners are working on updating the property, as portions are updated, but still dated in some areas. However, it was clean and comfortable. "Great Location if you have friends/relatives that live in Rotundo West. The house amenities were delightful. The pool and the hot tub are beautiful and the outdoor living space is set up beautiful. There are three bedrooms two bath and kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you would need. The homeowner is very responsive and so easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again."

"The neighborhood is located close to town but is still quiet. The house was beautiful- clean, spacious, just as the pictures showed. The beds were comfortable and the natural lighting was great!
