"A lovely grand hotel with the nicest and most helpful staff, from Kris on the front desk, to Ruben the concierge and Sianna at the pool. Lots of nice touches, Excellent breakfast and dinner too. Top class."

"Fantastic breakfast choices, staff very helpful. Lovely room, stayed in Tree House which was a delight. Only downside - poor lighting in Tree House and decking needed sweeping and a clean around the lights outside."

"This hotel is ideally located I'm Guernsey with plenty of car parking facilities at the rear of the hotel. The bus stop is very close offering bus routes all over the island. The staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful and always pleasant. This is my third visit to the hotel but this year my single room was smaller on Floor 1 to that on the top floor where I've previously stayed so that was a disappointment"

"Excellent hotel with 2 minor problems. The room key arrangements are great for families but not for a couple of adults. The 3rd floor has little ventilation and is too hot at night. Window opening is restricted and so a good night's sleep is not to be had."
