"Property is beautiful! Nice views of the harbor. Location is close to town, but away from the hustle and bustle. Staff were extremely welcoming and informative. Their breakfast is remarkable, I had to buy their cookbook!"

"The property is beautiful and peaceful. The area is wonderful for walking/hiking. The cottage was fully equipped so I could prepare meals there. It was comfortable and spotless. I was able to do my laundry there- just ask the hosts about it. The East Boothbay General Store is a short walk if you want to get some groceries and you can get breakfast and deli. Just check the hours. Hannaford is less than 3 miles away. The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and Ocean Point are close by and Boothbay Harbor is only a few miles away. The hosts, Celeste and Tom, are warm and friendly. This is a great place to stay if you like it peaceful. You do need a car.I would stay there again."

"This place was beautiful inside and out. It was almost like brand new, only 5 minutes from Boothbay harbor and everything you needed was there.It's in the woods and very private. You do have a neighbor if it's rented as it is a duplex but that was not a problem and it turned out the neighbor was flying home to Florida on the same flight as us. We live near each other, it's a small world after all. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10, and I would return."
