"We were not made aware that the entire hotel was on the second floor of a mall, with no elevators. We did see staff assisting one woman who had a lot of luggage. It would have been nice to know the situation."

"This proerty was super wasy check in/out, friendly, helpful host, who is easy to communicate with, large stylish, clean room. Beautiful property. Everything you could possibly need for your stay available Hot tub and sauna clean and easy to sign in/out use. Large fire pit with wood provided on site. It was a perfect getaway for us as a couple. Binder provided in room showed the several amenities near by. Having bikes available to tour this location was an added bonus. Highly recommend, will book again."

"The rooms and hallways were very clean. The rooms were very cosy maybe a little small, only room for one bedside table. The only real disappointment would be the mattress. If you like a very firm one your good buty husband and I woke up very sore. Breakfast was pretty minimal only a few slices of a rye bread, no margarine or butter. The carpets smelled musty but the building is old, charming and you don't smell anything after a few minutes."

"This is our 2nd year staying here, and will rent it again next year. Its perfect for my sibling reunion of 9. Clean, plenty of bedrooms and beds, wonderful outdoor space with plenty of seating, fire pit and hot tub, nice entertainment room with large TV and games, and fully equipped kitchen.
