"I stayed here with my boyfriend's 14-year-old younger brother so that we could be with my boyfriend through his graduation from basic training. I recently turned 18, so this was my first solo trip where I booked everything and was in charge of buying and finding a place to stay. When I say the customer service was amazing, it truly was. They were able to answer every question I asked (and I asked a lot), and had very timely replies at pretty much every time of day. That made this trip so much easier and less stressful for me. It also is exactly as advertised, very close to Fort Sill. Only a seven-minute walk to the visitor's center, which made things very convenient. Everything was comfortable and clean. The only issue for us that we had was that we were having issues with connecting to the Wi-Fi, but the houses around us were having the same issues so I'm not sure that is their fault. Overall, as advertised and perfect location if you are going to see a BCT graduation!"
