"Check in was TERRIBLE!! It took 2 hours for them to get our rooms (3) ready. The blamed it on being 100% capacity, but they knew that in advance and should have been prepared! At 9am the next morning, housekeeping walked in on one of our rooms before anyone could answer the door and they were naked!!"

"The room was bright and spacious. I had a partial view of the ocean. I enjoyed the balcony and being able to sit and take in the warm sun. "

"Property was fairly priced considering its condition. Bathroom sliding door was extremely loud and squeaky, TV display stand was wobbly, bathroom door didn’t lock, water pressure was average, pool was fairly generic and small, and balcony was very small. At the same time, this is about what you’d expect for what you pay for here. It’s not overpriced as a hotel compared to others in the area. It does offer amazing location right on the beach, easy access down to the ocean, lots of good restaurants up and down the boardwalk, short walk to Neptune Beach, and amazing sunrises in the morning. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for 5, and if you’re not planning on spending too much time at the hotel, it’s a very good bargain. "

"The staff did not inform me that MANY of the amenities online were not open such as the hot tub, splash camp, and the square whale. The elevators were small and the floor plan was hard to follow. I did like that the balcony door was hard to open being that this hotel had so many things to do for kids online. The movie theater was open and it was nice and convenient! The pool was full of children not following the rules and it was unsafe"

"Great view or the ocean and easy access to the beach. There was plenty of parking as well. Although the rooms were comfortable and clean, the walls between adjoining rooms can be rather thin. No fault of the staff- who were great by the way, but our neighbor next door loves to party until 3 in the morning. Having ear plugs would help greatly."

"Was disappointed the Sky Lounge and Infiniti Pool wasn't open and that's what I traveled to VA Beach for in the first place."
