"Great property with privacy only one neighbor. The host is a great guy and comes bye if you have any issues with anything. It’s fun to explore the woods on the property. We came across a small heard of elk. Flash light tag is a must at night. Beautiful view of the stars as well. We can’t wait to go back next year."

"had a very disappointing experience at this Best Western. When I checked in, no one informed me that the internet was down and the TVs were not working, even though those are advertised amenities. I was traveling with young kids, so having TV and internet available was important for our stay. Within about two hours, we decided to check out because the room also smelled like old, dirty towels, and without the promised amenities the stay simply wasn’t worth it. When I checked out, I spoke with a virtual assistant who told me to call the next morning to request a refund. When I called, I was told the manager would call me back. I then received a call from someone with Best Western who instructed me to contact the front desk so they could issue the refund. However, when I called the front desk, they suddenly told me a refund could only be issued within 20 minutes of check-in, which was never mentioned before and contradicts what I was previously told. I was given the runaround multiple times and the manager did not follow up properly. Between the non-working amenities, the unpleasant smell, and the lack of customer service, I would not recommend staying here. Guests should be informed when major amenities like TV and internet are not available, especially when traveling with children."

"This house is an awesome place for a group to stay at. The location is so great, trees and privacy all around. We enjoyed the place which was well stocked with almost everything you need for a great stay. I was so surprised by the amount of spices, dishware, and ambiance. Thank you for the stay."

"Great location, nice cabin with beautiful grounds. Game room was a lot of fun. Room set up is 1king in master and all other beds are bunk beds, so not ideal for more adults and suitable for 1 family with lots of kids. "

"Fantastic property for our family of 7 ski trip. Clean, spacious, and great location in Fort Valley, just outside of Flagstaff. The trip into town and the trip up to Snowbowl are comparably easy and convenient. Great communication with a gracious host. Well appointed kitchen for those who like to cook. Comfy furniture and beds. Would definitely rent again.NOTE: The small house next to the main house was rented to some other folks for at least part of the time that we were there — no issues whatsoever. The property is plenty large and plenty private for both houses to be rented by different groups without crimping the mountain get-away vibe.Bottom line — Excellent property. Excellent host."
