This beautiful apartment sits just a block away from Parkview Field in downtown Fort Wayne and just minutes from Headwaters Park, The Grand Wayne Center, The Landing, and Promenade Park. With off street parking, soundproofing, and backyard entertainment space, you'll get all the benefits of downtown living with none of the drawbacks. The house has a downstairs game room for a great night in, while all the great restaurants and attractions downtown make for a great night out!
This property is a duplex and you'll be staying in the lower unit of the two. This property is set up for all your needs while you stay with a fully furnished house including all kitchen supplies down to the spices. We truly want this to be your home away from home while you're here!
Our apartment features a convenient electronic lock for easy guest access! Upon booking and the rental agreement is filled out, you'll receive a unique code for the lock, allowing you to enter the apartment with a simple keypad entry. No need to worry about keys or coordinating check-ins! You'll have 24/7 access to your private space, providing flexibility and convenience during your stay! This property has street parking available out front or off street parking by the garage. You'll have access to the downstairs game room and the beautiful front porch looking at the city!

From this property you can see Parkview Field and have walking access to all of downtown Fort Wayne! It is just minutes from Headwaters Park, The Grand Wayne Center, The Landing, Fort Wayne Outfitters (kayak, canoe, and paddleboard rentals) and the newest addition to the area, Promenade Park that has food trucks galore and live music every Wednesday. Downtown Barr Street has a farmers market every Saturday during the warmer months too.
There are lots of bus stops near the property if you would like to take Citilink Transit. Otherwise, VeoRide is new to the area and there's tons of electric scooters and bikes you can locate nearby to scoot on around downtown or wherever you'd like to adventure to! Uber/Lyft are also great options as well!
