First room they gave me the toilet diner work. Second room smelt musty from the air conditioner the second room on the booking , the tv didn’t work. So dissatisfied with this place

The room had mold on the tub and ceiling throughout the hotel. The elevator is extremely loud (we could hear it in our room going up and down all night) and terrified the kids. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast and complementary water at the front desk. We did enjoy the hot tub but couldn’t get in the pool due to a rude group but not the hotels fault! Staff attempted to help but the family was overly demanding.
