Great place to stay, pet friendly and Sarah was wonderful. Was rough getting in due to the internet being down and she was there first thing the next morning making sure it was fixed in a timely manner. Will definitely stay again.

Host was so easy to communicate with. Space was everything we wanted and needed. Fenced-in back yard was great for 3 rambunctious toddlers. For sure have to try out the doughnut shop at the end of the road (so good!) plus the girls walked 0.2 miles to get pedicures!

Excellent Location, Wonderful Home, Poorly Managed

Prior to our stay the check-in process with AI was unable to process my identification. The software was not compatible with my phone ( I do not know why).Thankfully the Property manager quickly remedied the situation verifying my identity. When my family arrived (on time) several people were inside the residence. My wife went in to see what was going on. They were still cleaning the house and simply told her "it will be awhile". Approximately 30 minutes later access was granted. I wrote the property manager to let them know we were not permitted to enter on time. They explained that the prior guests left a huge mess and thanked me for understanding. I was a little frustrated but decided to let it go.Within minutes we found debris on the floor, a cigarette butt among others things. None of us smoke cigarettes. There was also hair all over the curtains in the shower (no one had taken a shower yet). I wrote the manager to let them know and she asked for immediate photo evidence. I only took one picture. My goal was to inform (about the cleaners) not to ask for any compensation. I found out later the manager was with the crew! I was puzzled by the unprofessionalism, lack of initial explanation.It is not unreasonable to enter a rental on time. If the manager would have offered an explanation without getting so offended things would have went so much better. I did not feel welcome at this property at all. Its a nice place that is poorly managed.
