I have stayed in many lower level hotels that were in better shape than this hotel. Not satisfied with this hotel at all"

"All staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, very clean rooms and parking was great. Only problem we had was locating a luggage carrier. We had to carry lots of heavy luggage to the car. We asked the lady at the front desk (late afternoon) and she said some people take them in their rooms and use them like a closet. Not fair for other guests. I would recommend this hotel."
