Licenses are required for all guests over 18 and rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.

No cats. Other pets on case-by-case basis. Enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry supplies, dishwasher detergent and coffee to get you started. Any refunds issued will be subject to a 20% fee to cover platform expenses and service fees.

Due to severe owner allergies, nicotine may not come into our house, even third hand. There are absolutely no exceptions. Employers who book third party reservations must pre-screen their workers for nicotine use. Booking on behalf of their employees is at their own risk as violators will be immediately cancelled with no refund and charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.

Last minute reservations could take up to 10 days to get processed for pool access.
