The hotel is nice. They didn’t tell us that there was construction happening when we booked, but it was really only in the lobby, so it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Room was damp damp damp! All my clothes were damp because air conditioner was not working properly. Nails and debris on the front entry sidewalk from some construction on the front entry canopy! Woke to find that the shower was broken. Had to switch rooms just for a shower. No assistance moving my already unpacked belongings. This made me late to the funeral I flew in to attend. I checked out early. It was pretty musty and gross there.

Upon arrival I did not know the hotel was being renovated and pool being closed which was upsetting because the kids were looking forward to this. After speaking with the Manager Alfredo he listened to my complaints on my stay and made everything right.

I was traveling alone and felt very safe (I am a 46 yr old woman and have never traveled alone) The only reason I gave 4 stars on the cleanliness is the carpet had just a few sprinkles that could have used a little stick vac, but nothing I would have complained about other than that 5 🌟...cute little room/hotel..
