Beware!!!
I reserved a stay for my family of 8 from 5/29-6/20, 22 days. We made it 13 days before we couldn't take it anymore and left. Upon arrival, the pool was dark green, a toilet wasnt flushed, there was trash in closets, and chip crumbs in bed sheets, the floors were dirty and caused our socks to turn black and there was a HORRIBLE fruit fly infestation. Later, we discovered the master toilet would not flush, 2 stove eyes would not ignite, the oven didnt work at all, AND there was standing black water/mold in the dishwasher. The smell was rancid and engulfed the house. As soon as we shut the dishwasher door, water leaked all over the kitchen floor. We ended up having to deep clean the house ourselves. We immediately notified the host, who said they'd send a pool guy and handyman, repeatedly and for days. After noticing our clothes smelling, I inspected the wash machine and found black/brown mold. It took 11 DAYS for a handyman to be sent to fix the dishwasher, stove eyes, and master toilet. Despite the dishwasher being unclogged and water drained, the smell and mold still remained and it was not usable! On day 13, during the middle of the day, the power went out. I was able to confirm this wasnt a power outage. That was the final straw. Upon our departure, the pool was still green, oven still not working, wash machine remained unsanitary, fruit fly infestation remained, and dishwasher needs to be replaced. Appropriate compensation was not provided and we feel scammed!!
