I arrived late in the night and the staff told me that they hadn’t the room I was booked, I almost left but after near an hour of waiting they told me that there were one room available, very very bad reception

The female working the office was unprofessional, rude, not helpful with anything you ask. Always an excuse or implied your bothering her. The door was kicked in we fixed it for safety reasons the counter was fallen down. Room was dirty, and there was dog pea in the stairways not cleaned .$30 a day dog fee for under 5lbs dog is way over priced when you dont bother cleaning the stairway and hallways from dog mess. Didng feel welcomed, will not return.

When we arrived at the hotel, I was advised that the room type that I booked was not available. Then I was referred to a property near by. The rooms were dirty and had a weird smell. Luckily the guy at the front desk was nice and gave me back my money. We ended up going to a completely different hotel for our entire stay.

The hotel cancelled my booking and did not give me a call or email. I had just driven 8 hours and needed to shower and make it to an appointment and walked into the hotel and they had cancelled everyone's booking because they overbooked, they claimed. It would have been nice if they would have called and told me that before I got there. Very unprofessional process.

The first room i was given had bed bugs, second room had cockroaches. There were roaches on the wall in the hall way. Carpets were dirty, all furniture was old and damaged. TV didnt work and the bathroom door didnt have a door knob. Stay as far away from here as you can.

This place is horrible. The lobby stinks of smoke as soon as you walk in. Only one elevator works and people are still smoking in the rooms even though it says it’s a smoke free hotel. The rooms as below a one star at best. Like a roadside motel from the 80’s with smoke stained walls. The bed was not a queen when that’s what we paid for and was just a stained gross mattress. We won’t actually sleep in the room. We feel safer in our vehicle.

When I check in within few minutes of being in to take a shower the water was cold wasn’t getting hot, then the covers was dirty and when I sat down to eat my food a baby roach was running on the same table and the sink in kitchen was dirty was roach egg in the sink lamp had stuff on it and the stable by the bed by the clock I was rush to leave at 10:32am check out wasn’t until 11am was told manger sent guy to come get me to check out my check out wasn’t until 11am and then there was no other rooms available to switch out so was force to stay will not be going back there anymore

The room was cleaned by the staff, but the property is run down and poorly maintained. No cable or antenna on the tv, just static. Kitchenette had missing drawers and the microwave was removed. The previous tenant’s hair bonnet was left in the bathroom. The toilet roll holder was broken, so the toilet paper was left on the sink. The hallways smell like smoke and mildew. I should have ran when I saw the lobby with a couple of 70’s mustard color leather chairs and the attendant mentioning there were no refunds while checking me in! The room had been cleaned, but the old stains and smell leave you to never feel that it is clean. We were in a deluxe room. I can’t imagine the condition of the other rooms. Lesson learned.

This place smells like an old Bar. Curtains are filthy and to top it off our reservations were cancelled due to unavailable rooms. Me and 50 other people walked out pissed. Never again

Not good. Toilet was clogged. Big size tv cracked screen sitting next to the door and was never picked up. A dirty broom left in the room. Noises from next neighbor were loud all night. Faucet not closing correctly.

Very convenient to 6 Flags. Nice staff. Lobby smelled chemical and friends had left the prior day after they saw the condition of the rooms...not clean. We did not check in.

Nothing like the pictures on website. I did a walk in and I told manager floors were sticky the front light wasn’t working. Didn’t get the light fixed until my 3rd day after I complained again. I booked two beds plus pull out couch and the couch was disgusting. Looks like it had blood stains & dead bugs and there was a sheet half on it. I should the manager the video and he was like ohh well you have 2 beds anyways and there was no way to get another room. I was like WTH! There was something in that room that triggered my daughter to have an allergic reaction she had to go to the hospital 2 nights in a row. Was advised to check out by the hospital. We were all getting bit by something there. Was thinking fleas from the pets that live there with tenants. We even got video of bugs from the AC. The whole building including my room smelled bad. We had to buy plug ins fresheners. Also the worst if it all was that we had to bring down our sheets and towels no where did I read or was told that in order to get clean ones. And the worst part was handling them to front desk and was told they had no clean ones at that time in return. So I had to come back later for them and was not given enough towels back, pillow case and especially the blanket! A big inconvenience was they only had 1 elevator working and it was on the other side of our room.
