This loft is your quiet claim on a one bedroom with kitchen and washer/dryer on the second floor. It’s perched above a doctor’s office in a building with simple grace. Six suites total—the two downstairs are for business, but the four upstairs are for living—and you’ve got one of them. A short stroll lands you on Magnolia Street, where some of Fort Worth’s best tables wait for you.

The other three units are up for grabs as well. Book them with friends, family, and colleagues—people who travel together but don’t crowd each other. The space is about the quiet vibe. A siren might hum through the Medical District now and then, but you’re in the city, right?

Need an early arrival or a later check out? Just send me a message and I’ll let you know what’s available, we can typically accommodate an hour or so one way or the other for a $20 fee. Anything more significant, and you should consider booking an extra day before or after your stay.

Loved the loft and the location!

My activities were mostly downtown and this was the perfect place to stay to be close to everything. I liked the loft itself and felt safe and secure staying here by myself. I communicated with the host during my stay and he was polite and made me feel very welcomed!

I stayed here for two nights in Fort Worth, the place is in a quiet area, easy to get to local eateries and entertainment within 5 minute drive. the place is spacious, clean, and had comfortable furniture and bed. plenty of parking at night. I would definitely stay there again in the future and the price was hard to beat compared to others in fort worth and arlington areas for how nice it was.
