Ft Worth Southside Loft 204- Walk to Magnolia Ave!

This loft is your quiet claim on a one bedroom with kitchen and washer/dryer on the second floor. It’s perched above a doctor’s office in a building with simple grace. Six suites total—the two downstairs are for business, but the four upstairs are for living—and you’ve got one of them. A short stroll lands you on Magnolia Street, where some of Fort Worth’s best tables wait for you.

The other three units are up for grabs as well. Book them with friends, family, and colleagues—people who travel together but don’t crowd each other. The space is about the quiet vibe. A siren might hum through the Medical District now and then, but you’re in the city, right?

Need an early arrival or a later check out? Just send me a message and I’ll let you know what’s available, we can typically accommodate an hour or so one way or the other for a $20 fee. Anything more significant, and you should consider booking an extra day before or after your stay.

Cute studio loft that was comfotabke, well accommodated and had everything we wanted/needed. We just stayed for 1 night, passing through, but would love to stay there again. Some noisy construction across the street but they quit for the day about 4 so was a nice quiet evening.
