Check in was less than amazing. Even though it was booked and paid for on hotels.com she authorized my card for the full amount. I have never any other hotel on here do that, it took a week for the additional pending charge to finally go away. Then tried to charge me more for parking until I showed that is not what the app said about the property when I booked so she “waived” it. I asked where the room was in the hotel since it was midnight and I had 2 under 2 with me and she told us the wrong door to use it was next to a different door. We even moved our car because it was the wrong side of the hotel compared to our room. Plus housekeeping came by at 8:30 pounding on the door even though we had the sign out to not. Overall hotel was nice and clean but check in experience was so bad doubt I would stay there again.

It was a clean hotel with a friendly staff. They offered breakfast daily (price included with room) which was pretty good. It was a safe area with plenty of parking. The rooms were clean and neat looking. We were very satisfied with our stay.

I liked the hot tub and pool. The breakfast in the morning was good and filling. It changes every day. Parking is $12 per day.

Worst stay ever.
The hotel room is run down and very outdated for a Hilton. The room was dirty and terrible bedding and pillows. The price point is over double what we paid for the embassy suites by Hilton in Houston and very poor service with the night staff. The gentleman was rude and not very helpful. We got a newer hotel with many more amenities and free services for less than half the home suites price.

I had a medical procedure done nearby, and this hotel was very convenient. Hot breakfast was great. I was a little surprised when they charged me for $12 for parking. Seemed odd for this type of hotel.

Nice hotel. Easy access. Easy parking. Good location. Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was not the greatest but it was ok.
The only complaint we had is the guest next to us had dogs that barked, howled & fought loudly starting very early in the morning and the owner loudly yelled at them as well. I didn't realize the hotel allows pets but this person should have more respect for other guests than to yell at his pets and allow them to be a disturbance. It was very frustrating.

Impressed by size of room, amenities and cleanliness, esp bath area. 1. shampoo dispenser empoty. 2. mattress was very poor. Felt worn out. Instant backache. Met a gentleman in the elevator next morning and asked how his night was. He mentioned the poor mattress also.

We had been told there would be no charge for parking at Homewood, but that the Hilton charged $12.00. Surprise!
