"What a memorable experience. During our 3-day stay, all of the staff we had contact with were professional, curteous and helpful. We often enjoyed talking with the friendly young man at the front desk who genuinely seemed to enjoy working there, making this an even more special visit.
Our room was on the 2nd floor and everything was new and clean, including the carpet, bathroom tile, shower and sink!
Breakfasts included waffles, crispy (yes!) bacon, link sausage, eggs, hash brown potatoes and fresh coffee. They also had bagels, toast, yogurt and fruits available.
Probably the only item I can be critical about is that the hotel is currently underfoing remodeling construction. So, a little understanding by guests is probably appreciated by the staff. They seemed to work hard at staying out of the way and being quiet while we were there, and we didn't hear any noise in the evenings either."
