She went above and beyond to help me and my mom, including making sure our rooms were beside each other, which truly meant a lot to us. From the moment we checked in, she was welcoming, patient, and genuinely caring. You can tell when someone actually enjoys helping people, and she absolutely made our experience better. "Our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing is the property did just start charging a $10 a night parking fee on top of having to pay for breakfast. This just started in March, as we stayed here the beginning of march"
