This is a privately owned home, not a hotel. We ask that all guests treat the property with the same care and respect they would their own home. Damages, excessive mess, or misuse of the space may result in additional charges filed through Airbnb's resolution center.
Please note: while we are available 24/7 for communication and will respond as quickly as possible, there is no on-site property manager. All issues will be addressed remotely or by dispatch — your cooperation and patience is appreciated.

No Parties or Events

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. No Parties/Events: Let's keep the good times respectful! Unauthorised gatherings will be terminated immediately without refund.

PET POLICY
Pets are welcome under the following conditions. Failure to comply may result in cancellation, removal, or additional fees.

- Maximum 2 pets per booking
- 50 lbs per pet weight limit
- Pets are not permitted on any furniture
- All pet waste must be promptly cleaned up
- You must notify the host prior to booking if bringing a pet — undisclosed pets are grounds for immediate cancellation

The following non-negotiable pet cleaning fee applies per pet, per stay:

- 1–4 Nights $25 per night
- 5–29 Nights $200 Flat
- 30+ Nights $300 flat

Pet fees are charged separately via Airbnb's resolution center at or before check-in.

NO SMOKING POLICY
This is a strictly non-smoking property — This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, and marijuana in any form.

Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000 fine, charged immediately through Airbnb's resolution center, in addition to any additional cleaning or damage costs incurred.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
