I had prepaid breakfast through Expedia. We were a party of four and it was properly stated on the reservation. The option only said “Include breakfast for $30”. When I checked in, the front desk attendant just gave me two breakfast vouchers. When I asked, he told me two people could eat with each voucher. The next morning, the restaurant attendant told us each person needed his own voucher. I said “no problem, I will go to front desk and ask for a couple more”. Front desk told us that we only had paid for breakfast for one person. I explained to her that the Expedia description neither said that nor it said how much the breakfast was per person, so I assumed the breakfast option included the whole party. The Manager got involved and told us the same thing and that I should call Expedia to get it corrected. Excuse ma’am I have a flight to take, I don’t have time to call Expedia to ask for breakfast when I just need to eat and run to the airport. If anyone should have called Expedia was management because they should have control on how Expedia advertised her hotel. I have never had such poor customer service. I even corroborated with my reservation and it stated “Breakfast included”. Hotel was very clean but service was very poor.

Only downfalls were lobby areas were a little messy and overfilled trashes. Also had to wait a bit on elevators each time and no signs for stairs as we would have taken those if we found them.

We had a canceled flight and spent overnight at the airport trying to get a new flight to Omaha. The staff allowed us to check in at 6:30 in the morning so we could sleep, even though our reservation was for that night. The entire staff was so accommodating and friendly.

I stayed one night after missing a connection in Dallas. The property was beautiful. The room was excellent. The bar/restaurant was open until 11pm and the entire staff was happy to take my order at 10:45pm and never once rushed me to leave despite me asking if I should take my meal “to go”. The shuttle service a huge benefit. Both of my shuttle drivers were excellent!

I rate it good due to clean updated room comfy bed and price. The shuttle comes every half hour so if you just missed it you have a bit of time to wait and it’s far away. No dining options when we arrived and left in morning. Not open. Have to pay for WiFi!

For the trip from airport, had to call three times. First phone call, they say going to be fifteen minutes tell them at A8. After fifteen minutes go by, call them again, they say had you called before. Then call again to make sure they are on the way and they say you are in B that is why not picked up, tell them in A8 there was never any mention of B. Upon arriving back to hotel Saturday evening we were trapped in the elevator, presses the alarm and called front desk from cell phone. Upon guy opening the elevator doors, hotel employee asked us if we wanted a drink at the bar. The double beds size wise were not comfortable. We ate breakfast in hotel next morning and it was terrible. The portions were small, eggs and hashbrowns were undercooked, one slice of toast for 20.00 and drinks 3.50 each for size of a juice glass. The next morning we arrived in the lobby at 5:40 am to be told the airport shuttle was not running due to weather. We had not been informed of this. We had a flight to catch which was not delayed. The reason we chose this hotel was because there was an airport shuttle and shuttle to the game. There was only light dusting of snow at that point. It was cold out and the Grounds, coffee and tea stand, we were told was under renovation so that was yet another problem.

Property was very modern, rooms were very good, bed was also firm and very good. One negative is the staffing, as there were not enough people managing the breakfast, as well as no one manning the coffee station that was separate. Understand it was probably a staffing issue for that time of the year, as well as finding staffing in general.

The location was easy to find. It is just off of Hwy 360 north of Arlington TX. There is a Starbucks about a block away which made my wife happy.
