The beauty inside…

We were overall very pleased with our stay. The space was clean and well designed. Being able to climb stairs is a must. It was a little over a mile from our conference. The area from what we were told and could see is not the best but for us the location was perfect being so close to our conference. 4stars for sure…

Needs a little TLC

The grout in the bathroom tiles is almost nonexistent causing the tiles to wiggle when stepped on. They will soon crack if left unintended. Shower in the master bedroom drains very slow. Lamp in 2nd bedroom is missing the knob to turn it on.It would be extremely helpful if there was a code pad for entry to the garage. Having to go through the condo to open the door is ver inconvenient. There is not a hairdryer as stated. Appliances are very nice. The location is perfect for visiting the Stickyards, near Southside or downtown.

The overall accommodations were okay. FYI LOTS of stairs! Some Ware&tare The building itself is in an area that is still being developed, homeless people around the building every time we came in and out.

College Tour

Code to get in was to be provided within 24hrs and 12hrs prior to check in it was still not provided (needed to reach out to get it). The property was dirty (mold in the shower), missing towels, no hair dryer provided (every hotel even provides this), no small amount of coffee provided, scratched walls, broken tile, bathroom door does not shut correctly in master bedroom, no remote for garage door. Discussed with management company and they had no idea of the condition of the property. It is definitely not setup for daily rentals. They have used the cheapest options for everything in this property and it shows! (Towels, Toilet Paper, Paper towels, Beds and linens).
