Modern kitchen with an open concept living and dining area with floor to ceiling windows. This 2 bed 2 bath home comfortably fits 6 guests with 1 king and 2 queens beds. This property is located in a family neighborhood and quiet time hours must be observed. These hours are 10:00 PM - 7:00 am.
Absolutely NO parties or group events including bachelorettes, bachelor parties, wedding events, dinner parties, pool parties, reunions, etc.
Guests are limited to 2 cars which can be parked tandem in the carport/driveway. Street parking is available ONLY in front of our house.
