If you want to be near the stockyards only minutes away easy to get to. Lots of places to eat and not far from downtown if you need to go there. Parking is the biggest problem at house very small area to park. If you have more than 2 cars.

Perfect location

House and property were clean and had everything we needed. Communications with owner were perfect. Never ran out of hot water with seven adults all showering. Close to TCU and the stockyard’s.

Great Location

The GrayLee house is a great location to stay for visit to Fort Worth / Stockyards area. The house is as discribed, comfortable, and worked great for our group. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for Girls trip

Childhood friends stayed here for my 48th birthday and the location is great, safe and super cute and clean. Couldn’t have been a better stay. Host is very accessible and reply’s for any of your questions or needs.

High School reunion weekend

Great stay!

Was perfect for our weekend in Fort Worth for the football game! Lots of planes from the nearby private airport but you tune it out. Lot is gated which is nice since the street was busier than anticipated. House was very clean, comfy beds, nice front and back patios! Would definitely rent again.

The property was clean and had everything we needed for a 2-day stay. David was reachable at all times, especially when we needed help before the stay. Once we got there, it was just perfect after a long day at the Stockyards. Quiet neighborhood. Overall a very good experience.

Stockyard Fun!

The home was clean and stocked. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Having a Washer and dryer was wonderful when you are trying to pack light. Easy in and out. Close to stockyards. With temps in high 90’s we did not attempt to walk to stockyards on foot. After a full day of fun in Stockyards, it was nice to sit and relax in a close and clean home instead of a tiny hotel room. I would definitely stay here again!

What a great house!

My girlfriends and I stayed the weekend and we loved this home! From the great porches on the front and back of the house, the wonderful smell when you walked in, to the really cute open layout and great decor. All the beds were really comfortable and there are TVs in every room. The host has really great attention to detail, like a full container of coffee, sugar and brown sugar for everyone, boxes of kleenex in every bedroom and plenty of towels and paper products. Every time we came back home, we commented on how lucky we were to find this house! We felt really safe, there are front gates to park your car and they are easy to access. Just a short drive to the stockyards and close to Fiesta Mart. As a group of 5 friends that were having a reunion of sorts, we couldn't have been more pleased to find your lovely home. We hope to be back!

Birthday weekend

My family and I spent a weekend in Ft Worth celebrating my birthday. One reason for picking the property was it said it was within 18 minutes of walking to Billy Bob’s, etc. There were little sidewalks and unsafe conditions to do that. It also is advertised to be a quiet neighborhood. It is not. The neighbors played loud music our first night there until after midnight. The second night loud music was played from down the block. Overall cleanliness was good. We did find food that we had not had under the table and couch when playing games. There are not hot pads to get items out of the oven or a sink stopper to hand wash dishes. The place is nice. It does appear it’s being renovated between guests. Our overall stay was good and we had a great time despite the above mentioned.

Close to Stockyards!

We booked here for our July 12-14 Fort Worth trip to hang out in the Stockyards! The home was a 3 min drive to Stockyards which was extremely convenient; however, the location of the home wasn’t in the safest of areas (we should’ve done better research of the location, so this is on us). On a good note, the home is gated & padlocked for safety and we did not have any issues during our stay - just a little unsettling as a group of all women who stayed. We didn’t feel comfortable parking on the street because of safety reasons - the home can only accommodate 2 vehicles behind the gate. The home was extremely clean and the host had great communication for check-in, so we had no complaints here! There were 8 in our group and comfortably slept 2 per bed (there are 4 queen beds/4 bedrooms). Lastly, the only thing we would’ve appreciated from the host would’ve been the heads up on the “local ordinance note” posted at the door saying a local law in Fort Worth had been passed that rentals aren’t permitted in the area resulting in a local ordinance official having permission to come to the home and escort you out and/or inquiring about information on the home. Just an uncomfortable situation and we didn’t know how to handle. Ultimately, if we had known this, we probably would’ve chosen a different VRBO to avoid any issues, so we would’ve appreciated this transparency from the host.

House was just as described. Plenty supplies. Was nice to not have to run to the grocery for trash bags, paper towels, etc. super clean!! Best part was the layout with bedrooms and baths….perfect for several couple friends on a weekend trip.

The home was clean and perfect for our stay. We chose the location because we wanted to be a short distance to the Stockyards. We took an Uber for the convenience of not having to find parking at the Stockyards. While walking is an option. We still felt like it was a bit farther than we would want to walk. But could be an option. Overall would most definitely recommend this home.
