Besides the brand new renovation, you’ll love the fact you’re 2 blocks to N Main, and 1/4 mile to all the fun places in the Stockyards, beginning with the rooftop Atico Bar and Grill on top of the Springhill Suites Hotel, just a short distance away.

Note: As I do with all my AirBnb's, I have personally stayed at this property 6 or 7 times, before listing it, and have walked back and forth to the stockyards everytime....during the daytime, early evening, and late night coming
back. I have walked by myself and with others. In my experience, I can tell you that its an easy, and safe walk, with street lights.

Very nice clean rental and convenient to Stockyards. Not as close as we thought from description. About 5 minute drive (if no traffic) and 1/2 hour walk but very "walkable".

Great Weekend Stay!

This house was great in terms of location to the Stockyards. Upstairs is a little challenging due to narrow and winding stairway for the one bedroom up there. Other than that great stay!

Guys weekend

This house is perfect for four guys for the weekend. Walking distance to JoeT Garcia’s. Uber to the stockyards. Not as close as the listing made it out to be but still good location. Access to upstairs room via the right spiral staircase makes nightly bathroom trips a little inconvenient.

Awesome location!

The Cowboy Gable house is a wonderful little gem if you are wanting to visit the historic stockyards. The house is as described in the listing, very clean comfortable and it is also pretty darn cute. Also the owner was very good at comunicating and checking in and out was a breeze. I would totally stay here again.

Close to stockyards

The property is clean and well maintained! This is very close to the stockyards and within walking distance to Joe T’s which is a plus after a couple of those margs! Also a short drive to the zoo which was great because we had kiddos with us. We felt comfortable and safe and really enjoyed our stay.

Great little Gem near the Stockyards

The property was so cute and very well situated. 3 couples had plenty of room to cook and relax. It isn't that far from the stockyards, but neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but we had zero issues when we walked back late on a Saturday night (traffic was too crazy to get a Lyft). We will definitely be staying here again!

My 30th birthday

We had a great stay it was pretty close to the stockyards you could definitely walk, but it was cold so we Uber it was only 5$ during the day and maybe 15 if you stayed out late. The house was plenty big. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!
