The staff was amazing at check in & check out. Our stay was wonderful in spite of the reason we were there was for an ill family member in the hospital.

Trains and highway are loud on the one side of the hotel. Likely not so bad on the opposite side. Very convenient to TCU.

Staff were very friendly! Didn’t like having to pay for parking but the place was very close to Dickies Arena and we could walk to our show. The room was clean but door to the bathroom probably needed cleaning more since it seemed smudged with make up and grime from hands. Very comfortable bed and great block out shades. Fire pit out front wasn’t functional and the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Slept well even with trains going by every now and again. I’d stay here again.

Clean hotel. Staff is okay, even though call to front desk about wifi with no one pick up phone. Wifi did not work: it connected but there's no internet. Parking is not free.

We liked the large room, but we did have issues with the toilet not working (water issue) and also the we requested a room with a tub which was good but the we couldn't work the shower. But all in all was good for one night stay.

Enjoyed our stay - room was clean and well appointed. Did use the public restroom on ground floor and it was quite unattended to, but overall we had a good experience and would definitely return. Quiet neighborhood but very easy to access the interstate and all of the museums and the nearby entertainment venues

We stayed here for two nights for a concert at the Dickies Arena, and the location was perfect. Just a short 10 minute walk to the arena. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Room and property were great! Only small issues were bathroom sink was very slow to drain and one of the outlets by the nightstand was not working.

The rooms were so well arranged and so many extras with the kitchen area. Everything you need provided! Shower was wonderful and the shampoo and body wash provided was excellent! Really enjoyed our stay and will be booking there again.
