Designed for a large family of 6, this open-concept haven features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Large windows invite refreshing air, and the living room boasts ample natural light. The fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space for 5 ensure a delightful stay. Washer/dryer included for convenience. Discover comfort and relaxation in every corner of this inviting space. 10 mins away from Downtown Fort Worth.

To foster a harmonious living environment, please adhere to the following house rules:

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
Kindly avoid eating in the bedroom.
Respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Street parking is allowed.
Be mindful of noise, especially after 10 pm, to maintain a peaceful neighborhood.
Garage parking is not permitted.

Security Measures:
Surveillance cameras are positioned in the living room ( which will be removed before your arrival) and outside the house, facing the driveway.
