Pet Policy: Pets are welcomed, with the first pet staying free of charge. Each additional pet will incur a fee of $75. Pets must be placed in a kennel when no one is home.

This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. We want every guest to feel relaxed and at home in this space. We kindly ask that you treat this space with the same respect that you would treat a close friend`s home.
1. If the security devices disconnect/cover up your rental agreement will be terminated, and you will have to leave the property immediately.
2. Smoking is not permitted in our property whatsoever. Please smoke out back and dispose of your smoke waste (cigarette butt). Smoking in the property will result in a $500 Fine
3. Be courteous of the neighbors. Please be considerate of the neighbors when playing music, especially at late hours. Please respect the Quiet Hours. Noise Violations: 1st Complaint = Warning, 2nd Complaint = $150 Fine, 3rd Complaint = Termination
4. No large gatherings or parties are permitted. Failure to abide by this may result in termination of your stay.
5. We love pets and they are authorized, however please clean up after them on the interior and exterior of the property. No pets on the bedding/ furniture. Pet hair/urine/feces on furniture/ bedding will result in fine of $75. Undisclosed pets will incur a $150 fee.
6. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet.
7. If any item in the unit appears to be damaged, you must report it within 5 hours of check in. Please do not try to fix it yourself
8. Make up face towels & removal wipes are provided. Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup. If towels are missing or stained, you may be charged to replace them.
9. Check-out is at 11:00AM. Late check out will result to $50 per hour. Early check-in may be arranged for $35 per hour, depending on availability.
10. Pets must be placed in a kennel when no one is home and please pick up pet waste in the yard.

Property was clean, and had a good area to hangout with friends inside and outside and wasn’t as close to stockyards as expected but still not too far! Would stay again
They all asked for a 5 star review but this host deserves it. House was great and the host was on top of it. It was very close to the stockyards and very quiet. I’ll be staying here again.
The house is cute, with a great layout and everything we needed. It was in a cute older neighborhood close to everything we needed. The outside seating area was nice in the evenings. The only downside was the dog next door that barks all night.
We really enjoyed the property! It’s a good location not far from the Stockyards or from Will Rogers. Everything was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. All though the neighborhood wasn’t ritzy, it was nice and calm and felt safe enough, especially with the parking behind the home. Plenty of room for everyone. The property managers were very nice and helpful.
The house was nice, clean, and well-stocked with essentials. We stayed in it for a horse show, which was pretty much a straight shot to John Justin. It is a duplex and as long as you are luck to get quiet neighbors it is great. We were not so lucky for a few nights, but the host addressed the situation and we had a much quieter stay after that.
Overall a solid stay. No problems. The neighborhood was a little rougher than I expected and I was under the impression it was a single family home. We had a nice visit. Wish there was a clean stack of firewood, the wood there was old and wet.
Communication was amazing. Beds were pretty comfy, extra blankets. Amenities were fine though we did not cook so cannot attest to the kitchen. The home is a bit older than anticipated and shared on one side, but still cute, eclectic. Backyard was awesome.
Myself and a group of veterans were in town for a local event for the weekend. We loved the property, sitting outside in the fire pit and just hanging out in the open concept space.
The kitchen was very well appointed with pans and utensils, which allowed us to make a huge brunch before sending off the crew.
Our only hiccup was check in with the keypads but management was quick to jump in and help resolve the issues. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Inside nice. Easy communication with host. Wasn’t aware it was connected to another unit right next to it. Maybe misread but would’ve liked to know that.
We got this VRBO for my son's birthday celebration at the Stockyards. Overall, the VRBO was exactly what we needed for one night. The only downfall was the location...didn't feel it was in the safest neighborhoods. For safety concerns, we had to take uber to/from the stockyards instead of walking. The house itself was spacious and perfect for us, and the property manager was great!
overall was the perfect size for our group it could have slept more people. We were only a group of six. had everything we need. It was only a four minute drive to down downtown 7th Street. overall the house was just what we needed.

Overall communication and efficiency of responses was the best part of the stay plus the overall space. It was not clear that this was a duplex unit that would also allow pets which creates a bit of a double whammy of unexpected noice between the neighbor dogs that are already barking. There were a few cleaning misses that were addressed quickly once reported which was appreciated. It was unclear that our entrance was at the back of the property so when arriving at midnight trying to use a code that wasn’t working there was some frustration until we just went to the back and noticed another door to try. I did not find the book they kept sharing super helpful which I think caused some of the issues and misunderstandings.

Picture of the outside of the house arnt provided for a reason not a great neiborhood and outside of the house makes you question if you wanna be there. Grill was filthy and cornhole boards and bags were trashed and unusable. Inside the house had broken toilet paper holders and bottom of door looks like it’s been chewed up by previous pets. Couch that we planned on useing to sleep on was broken so we couldn’t pull it out into a bed. It’s also not stated that it’s a duplex
