Too many added charges
Too many extra charges I was disappointed about the extra charge for additional devices and the one device wifi was very poor. The charge weekly for towels was ridiculous. Hotel was clean and adequate but I wont go back

Brianna & Trish are nice, caring & good manager/asst.manager the staff Everett, YaYa, Jasmine & Brandon are all so respectful & nice, if you have any concerns it’s addressed & brought to the manager on duty. Rooms & the wood floors were clean

The facility itself is great! Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, quiet other than the airplanes that are flying into and out of the airport but even that wasn't to bad The only thing that I had issues with is getting to and from hotel. The road construction is a nightmare!

I specifically asked for and needed a handicap bathroom. I was sent an email confirming that our reservation was for a handicap accessible bathroom. We we arrived at 6pm- the room did not have a handicap accessible bathroom. This makes my husband’s bathing extremely difficult.

Good clean place in a pinch accommodating longterm
It was good. The floor in my room was sticky and I had to clean it myself because it was not the my floors cleaning week. But they did provide a mop. Their staff was very kind and sweet. It felt like they were truly happy you were staying there. There were no pests and everything else was clean and very well maintained. The freeway is under construction so give yourself 10 extra minutes when going somewhere. It is not luxury so special requests will cost more, not sure how much, but it makes sense. I think it is a great value for what you are getting and those needing long-term housing, it really does help. I'm grateful for it.

Recommended.
The hotel served our needs. It was clean, new, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was there is a lot of construction going on all around the area, which would have affected and other hotel as well, but we managed. I would stay here again.

The best thing about this property was the employees! Very apologetic for the location and amenities. Absolutely the worst hotel! Airport planes fly overhead. Can't get out of parking lot on most days because of traffic and road construction.

Doggie Hotel
WoodSpring suites or should I say the doggie hotel I was very disappointed with my stay here. There was dog hair in every place that I turned. My room was extremely smelly and they didn’t give me any washcloths. I requested a washcloth around 11 PM because that’s when I returned from my night out and the staff on duty told me there was no towels right now they were being washed. I informed him that my room didn’t come with any towels to begin with and is there anyway that he could give me the next clean towels that were available which was extremely ridiculous for $100 a night! The toilet was dirty and the beds were hard and uncomfortable they felt like dorm room beds The next morning I requested a refund or another room the manager was very friendly and helpful and she pointed me to two separate rooms I went onto the second floor and as soon as the elevator open it reeked of dog piss I also went to the fourth floor and that room smelled horrible as well luckily it came with the house. I am mediately went back downstairs told her I wanted a refund because I couldn’t Deal with staying there another night especially because my children would be staying with me there that following night. I’m so upset that I was unable to get any of my money back for that one night because I was so unhappy I will never book here again and I’ve told all of our family and friends to never deal with the WoodSpring suites.

Nice rooms to stay in with a good staff keeping everything very clean. The internet is a bit slow and an extra charge to get better speeds, and a lot of construction around the property but either than that a great place to stay.

Most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. We ended up taking the mattress off the frame and laying on the floor. Bare bones room. I've had so much better for so much cheaper.

We needed to stay in the area for 2 weeks and this place fit the bill perfectly. We weren't sure of the location since it's next to an air strip but it wasn't too bad. It's clean and new and the ladies at the front desk are attentive and make sure you're happy and that the guest adhere to the rules and are quiet, etc. The walls aren't too thin like most hotels and you really don't hear your neighbors, which is great. Make sure you read the type of hotel this is. Since it's an extended stay and very economical you don't have many in room amenities, but knowing that going in you won't be disappointed, like you may read in other reviews. We'd stay here again for sure.
