"When we got to the hotel, we were greeted and checked in quickly. Once getting into the room, it was spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice and easy, since we came close to the ending of the breakfast time, there weren't many plates or silverware, but they quickly provided us with clean items."

"Need to oil the hinges on the bathroom doors. Ours creaked every time it opened and closed and I could hear the door doing the same thing in the other rooms around us. "

"We got a free upgrade to a suite. The room was great. The bathroom not so much. You have to enter the shower to turn it on. The lights were very dim making it hard to apply makeup. The water pressure was dismal. The overall stay was great. The hotel is going through renovations but still looked great."

"We stayed for two nights to go to a wedding. The day of check-in it was a madhouse with all of the guests and only two employees working the desk. The staff wanted me to take a lesser room because it was available, but I’d already paid for a deluxe room. They were quick to turn around the room for us to get in. I really like the bar in the hotel. It was very confusing trying to find where we parked our car and the different elevators. It’s a really big hotel. Overall, it was an OK stay. I probably would not stay there again."

"Hotel was good. We stayed on the 20th floor which the view was amazing. Bed very comfortable. The only downside was check-in took long. Was supposed to be at 4.00pm But are room wasn’t available till 5:30pm."

"Eclectic and quirky design elements here and there, in alignment with the hotel also sharing space with an art gallery/museum. My room was impeccable: well-laid out, spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner at the bar at Metropole was delightful, as was breakfast in the main room the next day. Very conveniently located, too! My only complaint was that the coffeemaker or phone in my room did not work, and despite three attempts to get that sorted it out, it wasn't taken care of. More a situation of a series of miscommunications than incompetence."
