Flat has a living room with a couch and armchair in comfortable padded material, Smart TV 43" connected to cable TV, and with pre-installed apps [Netflix, HBO, Amazon prime, YouTube]. Other apps can be installed.

Flat has 2 bedrooms, [65m2], both with queen beds, and guards clothes with ample space for their belongings.

Second room will only be open if booked for 1 more than 1 guest

Full kitchen equipped with essential equipment for 4 people, pot set, dining kit [plates/cups] , silverware, knives, glasses, wine glasses, microwave, refrigerator and Nespresso coffee machine

Bathroom with hot water and hairdryer.

Flat has a large, wide and very ventilated balcony. Great for enjoying the view over a coffee/drink and relaxing after a long walk

Smart lock, self check in. No physical key use, individual password for each guest if needed.

Daily housekeeping is included. Cleaning provided by the hotel. However, there is no change of towels and bed linen. We leave enough towels and bedding. Hotel has laundry with a washer and dryer with a very affordable value and available for all guests.
