"Price: Overpriced for the Value At $129 USD for the night, the rate felt too high for what was offered; a baseline closer to $87 USD would have been much more equitable. On the positive side, the billing process was entirely straightforward with absolutely no hidden fees tacked on at the end. Quality: Needs a Deeper Clean While nobody should expect a Ritz-Carlton experience right off the highway, the cleanliness here definitely missed the mark. The room still had remnants of previous guests—including food on the floor and trash on the counter—and the TV remote was sticky. The linens were technically clean, but they gave off a distinct "pay-by-the-hour" vibe, complete with stains on the sheets and holes in the blankets. Furthermore, the mounted soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were completely empty, and the room lacked a microwave or coffee maker. Room: Functional but Dated On the functional side, the room held up fine: the air conditioning, shower plumbing, and TV remote all worked exactly as they should. The bed itself was a little creaky and the pillows were on the flatter side, but the noise from the nearby highway wasn't really noticeable, allowing for a decent night's rest. Service: Flawless Check-In The service was a major bright spot of the stay. Check-in was an absolute breeze thanks to Tim at the front desk, who was incredibly efficient, polite, and helpful. "The breakfast was delicious... there was a nice variety to choose from. The room was very clean, I was in a wheelchair accessible room, because I am wheelchair bound. It was so difficult to move around the room - very little to no space, thank goodness I had my brother with me. Otherwise, staff was very nice and accommodating."
