Old farmhouse renovated for 6 into 2 flats

For your holiday in Dordogne, we have found for you this lovely farmhouse renovated with taste, which can accommodate 6 people in two separate accommodations within the same building, around a charming garden of approximately 250 m².

Little extra: the house is equipped with a Nordic bath, ideal for relieving pain, reducing stress, improving blood circulation and taking care of the skin.

In this L-shaped construction, you first find accommodation for four people. You enter this former barn through a large entrance with exposed beams where an imposing stone fireplace welcomes you. Behind the bay window, you discover the main room with a beautiful modern and fully equipped kitchen.

To prepare good little dishes, you will find a gas cooking hob (bottles) and an oven, as well as a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and another Nespresso capsule coffee maker will help you start the day well.

The kitchen opens onto the living room, where you can have your meals, unless the sun invites you to enjoy the terrace to eat outdoors. A gas barbecue will allow you to prepare delicious grilled dishes.

A TV lounge awaits you to relax in front of a good film. A wood-burning stove will warm the accommodation in winter to offer you a cocoon of warmth.

Then we find the master suite with a large comfortable bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200) and lovely restored antique furniture, as well as an adjoining bathroom with shower, WC, a large washbasin and a washing machine. The second bedroom is located opposite, we cross the entrance room again to access it, and there we find a double bed (140x190) and a sanitary area with a WC and a washbasin.
Through the garden, we discover the second accommodation. In the main room, we find a kitchenette as well equipped as the main one, a dining area and a TV lounge with TNT decoder. At the back, a lovely room with a bay window overlooking the garden welcomes you with a double bed (140x200) (Additional information regarding bedding: all beds are equipped with two single duvets (100/140) per bed and two pillows per person).
Finally, a bathroom with washbasin, WC and lion's paw bathtub completes this property. In this part of the house, the heating is electric.

For more comfort, the house has a laundry room with a travel cot available, a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, and you will be able to park two vehicles.
The TV in the large gîte is not connected to an antenna, a box, a decoder or cable. You will have access to 3 French channels; do not hesitate to bring a hard drive, HDMI and USB connections are available.
The TV in the small gîte is connected to the TNT and gives access to more than 100 channels.
