"This is an awesome hotel that would have gotten a much better review IF there was not one ginormous problem. The staff was great in every area of the hotel that we used. The bartender was amazing and the executive lounge offered good breakfast, beverages, and snacks. We were not there during the week to experience the nightly reception. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had good pillows and toiletries. The negative during our stay was a big one, at least for that time period. The hotel was sold out, with major conventions and all of the ballrooms etc., in use. There was only ONE working elevator. The wait to move up and down floors, within the hotel, was 10 minutes or more EACH TIME. We were there for a wedding and a lot of activities outside of the hotel, so we had to come and go A LOT. The elevator situation was not resolved in the 4 days we were there. That seems shameful for a huge, higher end, hotel brand, like Hilton!! I do not believe there couldn't have been service provided to that elevator in 4 days, if they cared about the problem and their guests. It was a major inconvenience that was seemingly ignored, except for a paper we're sorry sign on its door."

"Super convenient location in Fort Collins close to the highway and loads of restaurant options in the plaza. Staff was friendly, but it felt like it took awhile to warm up to them. Luckily we were there for 4 nights! HIGHLIGHT Was HUCKABUK’s bar/grill across the parking lot! Amazing food and great service."

"Checked in late after discovering the hotel that our property management company booked for us while our house was undergoing repairs was horrid. The check in person was so understanding and so nice. Holiday inn Express is one of those consistent places where they are clean, comfortable and quiet. And this one was one of the better hotels we've stayed at during all of our travels. It was immaculate. The AC worked really well, the beds were really comfortable and we could not hear anyone from outside the room which was great. I didn't need to use the breakfast but the coffee was really good. We had signed up for the IHG member rewards and so we got a late check out. I appreciate having this option around here."

"Walls are a little thin. You can hear vaguely the next room. Breakfast is a little different. If you pay for it during the reservation you get a voucher to show in the morning. If not, you can buy individual items. No free coffee except in the room. Very clean and comfy beds."

"The location of this property was perfect as there were so many shops within walking distance along with a movie theater. The hotel itself was so bright, clean and well maintained. The room was stocked well with all of our needs and then some. It was in a busy area but the room was quiet and we were not bothered by the usual banging of doors or hearing someone else's tv, etc. I was very impressed by that. The snack shop was well stocked. The gym very clean and nice. The swimming area and pool were clean. I usually do not swim in the motel but we all gathered at the pool and enjoyed ourselves. I really liked the little patio area, also. The price was comparable to other places but I am so glad that we chose this little nook to stay in. Everyone we met whether they were staff or guests were just happy to be there."
