"Everything was great, clean facility, friendly staff, good breakfast, plus the hotel connects to the parking lot of the Ark Encounter. The only thing that burned me was the $7.00 for parking. I mean what hotel does that? But it was still very enjoyable and convenient."

"Room was great and staff was friendly. Beds were super comfortable with nice pillows and the perfect weight for bedding. Heat control for room worked perfectly. Great number of towels provided. Breakfast was the standard fair found at most hotel chains - nothing worth noting. The only thing I would address is the lighting in the room was exceptionally poor. When I mentioned this to the front desk I was told that they have to have the "cool white, energy efficient" light bulbs by regulations and that there are no other options in this type of light bulb. This information is completely inaccurate. These types of light bulbs most definitely are available in warm white and day light. The cool light currently used is AWFUL and very dim. Warm white or daylight would give a much nicer ambiance to the otherwise nice room!"
