Cheap two star hotel. Don’t expect any frills because there aren’t any but it is warm, very convenient and clean. Our room- 1 had been recently decorated very pleasantly. Room was small but fine for one night.

Bon hôtel, mais clients incorrects.

La chambre donnant sur la cour est au calme. Le personnel est aimable . Mais il faut éviter de séjourner dans cet hôtel quand y séjourne un groupe de cyclistes : rentrer à minuit, continuer bruyamment la conversation et les rires dans le couloir , faire de même dans la salle du petit-déjeuner le lendemain matin, ne leur pose aucun problème !

We loved the Balzac Hotel! The location is in the center of the Old Town, the staff were extremely helpful, the breakfast was lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel indépendant "à l'ancienne". Les chambres sont correctes avec une excellente literie. La bienveillance des patrons est très appréciable. En plein centre ville, facile pour découvrir la belle ville de Fougères. Manquerait plus qu'un petit coup de rafraichissement des chambres et ce serait parfait

Cet hôtel est situé en plein dans le vieux Fougères d'un aspect ancien ce qui se confond parfaitement dans le cadre de la vieille ville. Les personnes sont acceuillantes professionnelles. Loin de ces hôtels de grands groupes qui sont également très bien, mais cet hôtel renoue avec l image des hôtels familiales, conviviales où l'on a envie d y revenir...

Idéal pour visiter Fougères

Un hôtel idéalement situé dans le centre de Fougères où nous avons été accueillis au mieux. Le patron vous donnera spontanément tous les bons conseils pour profiter du séjour, n'hésitez pas à les suivre. Chambre classique mais confortable, seule la porte "accordéon" de la salle de bain, ni pratique, ni étanche, mériterait d'être modernisée. Possibilité de décharger la voiture devant l'hôtel et parking gratuit à 5 minutes à pieds.

Belle adresse au cœur de la ville

Accueil très professionnel avec toutes les mesures sanitaires possibles et très chaleureux. Toutes les informations sur le parking sécurisé, ce qu’il faut voir et ce qu’on peut éviter + les coups de cœur du patron pour les restaurants qui méritent une visite. Et nous n’avons pas regretté de suivre ses conseils.
