"The painting on the property looked like they went with the cheapest bid, but overall it was an ok motel for the money. Staff was very nice. Good coffee. Very quiet. I do think when someone books a room there with kids they should be on the 1st floor for obvious reasons."

"This is a great property. Peaceful, surrounded by fields & forests, birds singing, and fresh air. Wonderful parks and trails near by. Dan was a great host. I want to come back and stay in the fall and winter. This would also be a great place for a family get away"
