"This was an awful experience. Reserved a room the week before our arrival. Called day if to let them know that we'd be checking in late. When we got there they didn't have a room for us. Offered us their last available room. It was disgusting! The room was dirty, had a horrible stench and we saw what looked to be a cockroach squirm across the floor. We ended up leaving."

"The location was perfect for our needs, customer service was okay and although the hotel sent communication through the Expedia app they never responded to my request for a crib or shared details about breakfast- which was the exact same thing both days or the pool hours. I realize they are posted but typically places still share and point out when doors lock etc. I had to run to my car and couldn’t get back in with my key card after 11pm so I had to walk around the building."
