A complete self contained little cabin including stove top, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Clean. There is a very nice restaurant in walking distance, Betsey Jane, the best in Fox Glacier, recommended. However it needs attention, the carpet under the dining table is badly torn. The TV didn't work, maybe the signal was too weak, the timer goes around and around, no picture displyed, so we gave up.

The room was comfortable. Bed linen but no towels provided. Kitchen facilities available at the shared camp kitchens BUT no cooking equipment- no pots pans or cutlery etc. Packs of equipment apparently available for hire but all had gone well before dinner time.

We had a standard cabin which was fine for one night and was close to the restaurants in town. Washroom facilities were spotless and there are lots of walks to do in the area. Our only complaint was that there was a very loud group in the cabin next to us, drinking until early hours. Due to the close proximity of the cabins it’s a bit of a lottery with your neighbours.
