"Beware - this hotel has chronic HVAC issues. I booked here because it’s close to oak Brook center and the other hotels right there were significantly more expensive. Regretted it immediately. I asked at the front desk if they were having any hvac issues in the room and I was assured - no not at all. Went to my room and it was sweltering. Called down and phone rang and rang no answer. Finally got someone on the phone and they told me they would send maintenance. Took him about two hours to come but he was great once there. Turns out my hvac had been shut down in the room and some important part both unpluggged and broken. He fixed it but was about 10 pm by the time it was resolved. I’m officially done with this hotel. A shame because it has the potential to be a decent place but has consistent issues with lobby and public hvac and rooms. They need to put some money into Fixing the place. "
