"Nice big clean rooms. Excellent front desk staff - very helpful friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with loads of options (crepe station mashed potatoes home potatoes sausage bacon eggs parfaits fruit sandwiches beans smoothies donuts croissants...). We only received two passes so we had to pay for our third party (child) but it was under $20. Arrival andthe parking situation was a bit chaotic and confusing but seamless after a few initial hiccups. The area surrounding the hotel is sketchy (most of downtown kw is) so keep that in mind if you wanted to walk around. We stayed for a concert and the Center in the Square was less than a 5-minute drive away, super cheap Uber. Definitely recommend!! "

"Apartment is decorated creatively w inspiring art.It's a separate apartment w its own entrance..A beautiful bathroom w a soaker tub..And a separate kitchen..It w scrupulous clean...And I left it the same way...I think it's so important to honour your host or hostess...and to leave it clean and tidy.The homeowner messaged me that morning...and told me that she'd just put salt down..And to be careful..Namaste,Lynda"

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Quality Inn in Kitchener. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast—it was a great start to our day. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only disappointment was that the EV charging cables had been cut and stolen, so we couldn’t charge our vehicle during our visit. Of course, this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it would have been convenient to have a functioning charger on-site. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it for its cleanliness, hospitality, and value."
