Great place with a gorgeous pool

PROs: The reception clerk was very cordial and spoke English in addition to Portuguese and Spanish. Our room was large, clean and comfortable, with an attractively tiled bathroom. The pool area was stunningly beautiful, surrounded by beautiful palms and tropical flora. It also included a shallow pool for young children. The breakfast was generous and attractively served, and we appreciated the linen tablecloths. There were several restaurants within walking distance as well as a bus stop for visiting Iguacu Falls. CONS: The pool needed to be cleaned, partly due to some of the gorgeous palms near the edge. Our bathroom needed a final touch or two, such as replacing the stainless steel soap holders with something higher end. We also had trouble sleeping because the ac was inadequate for the space.

Hotel em uma excelente regiaou porém em péssimas condições de estrutura. Grande, porém velho e caindo aos pedaços. A única área inteira do hotel é a piscina. Quando chegamos não haviam toalhas pois alegaram que as mesmas estavam sendo lavadas. Pedimos por 3 vezes dois travesseiros a mais e não nos mandaram. O mesmo cara que faz manutenção parece também ficar no estacionamento, não tem porteiro então para sair e chegar no hotel é um completo transtorno pq nunca acha quem abra o portão, fora o cheiro de esgoto lá embaixo. Café razoável. Limpeza ok. Fui pelas fotos e me sinto completamente enganada pois não é nada do que é anunciado. Sem frigobar nos quartos e os poucos que tem são do século passado. O albergue deve prestar servico melhor.

Bem localizado, no entato, sem cuidados básicos

O Hotel Lanville é extremamente bem localizado em Foz do Iguaçu, tem um preço acessível, com excelentes camareiras e café da manhã simples mas satisfatório, no entanto, em relação dà estrutura do hotel a mesma está obsoleta, no quarto o ar condicionado é antigo e NÃO TEM FRIGOBAR... solicitamos frigobar diversas vezes junto a direção do hotel e nosso pedido não foi atendido... estivemos por 06 dias no hotel praticamente tomando água quente, e percebemos que o problema não é pontual e sim generalizado, pois vimos outros hospedes reclamarem do mesmo problema.

Hotel velho e mal cuidado

O hotel é uma verdadeira decepção, não devem fazer manutenção desde a inauguração, paredes mofadas e descascando, roupa de cama super velha e desbotada, a parede tinha mancha de gordura, embaixo da cama havia muita sujeira, chuveiro enferrujado e teto hiper mofado, enfim, aspecto de total desleixo. Não recomendo o hotel para ninguém!

O hotel tem uma boa infraestrutura, porém está "largado às traças". Aposentos antigos, em condições precárias. O serviço de quarto é muito ruim, matamos uma barata no primeiro dia no banheiro do quarto (sim, o hotel é tão sujo que tem baratas) e depois de uma semana, com a camareira visitando a acomodação todos os dias, a barata ainda estava lá.

Hôtel bien placé pour les petits budgets.

Hôtel bien placé pour profiter des restaurants et bars de la ville le soir après la visite du parc d'Iguaçu. Arrêt de bus amenant au parc juste en face. Hôtel très vieillot. Chambre sans charme et assez bruyante si située du côté rue. Bon réseau Wi-fi. Petit déjeuner médiocre. Piscine sympa.

Boa localização mas antigo e mal cuidado

Tivemos um péssima experiencia pois o quarto tinha um cheiro insuportável de cigarro e o hotel não tinha outro quarto para troca. Tivemos que comprar aromatizadores de ar para melhorar o ambiente. Ar condicionado antigo e barulhento. Hotel antigo e com péssima manutenção.
