I absolutely loved this place! The room was more like an apartment with tons of space, a mini kitchen, large (clean!) bathroom, comfortable bed, and incredible views of the city and the river outside both the living room and the bedroom windows! Both the dinner I had, and the breakfast buffet the next morning (which is included) were incredible! There was a musician playing violin during breakfast, and I loved every second of it!! He was amazing! And the variety of food was ideal, with both healthy options and fun things like waffles and pancakes too. And they have coffee, juices, tons of fresh fruit and fun desserts. I used the (free) steam room/sauna and the gym and the pool and loved them all! The valet parking was nice and I even bought some cute stuff at their souvenir shop. My only regret was that I didn’t stay here more nights! Highly recommend!!

Funcionários educados e muito solícitos, acomodacoes boas e limpas. Notamos uma grande diferenca do cafe da manhã do domingo para segunda, variedade menor em relacao ao dia interior. Tambem tivemos problemas nas janelas da acomodacao. Durante a noite teve muito vento e chuva, mesmo com as janelas devidamente fechadas, molhou o quarto e metade da sala.

Os três primeiros dias sem ar-condicionado, pia do banheiro com torneira aberta jogava água na gente, não sei o porque o quarto tinha uma cama de casal e mais duas de solteiro com um armário muito pequeno que não cabiam as roupas Reposição de toalha de rosto tínhamos de pedir Janela do banheiro de manhã cedo caía muita água não sei da onde vinha Barulho do motor do ar-condicionado muito alto e a noite precisamos desligar No Checkout se não conferíssemos o cobrado pagaríamos almoço que não fizemos Outros detalhes de problemas que tivemos achamos que outras pessoas citarão.

Foi terrível pois o teto de gesso do banheiro do meu apartamento 706 desabou na madrugada de 29/08/2025 por volta das quatro horas da manhã. Eu poderia ter morrido ou no mínimo internado em hospital. Recebi somente um whatsapp do gerente do hotel se desculpando. Nenhuma isenção de conta de almoço ou prolongamento de estadia repara o que eu poderia ter sofrido. A manutenção deixou muito a desejar. Não posso recomendar o hotel para nenhum amigo ou familiar.

Hotel maravilhoso

Nossa estadia foi ótima, café da manhã maravilhoso, com música ao vivo de violino. Super indico este hotel. A única coisa que faz falta na estrutura do hotel é ter uma piscina térmica coberta. Pegamos 2 dias de chuva e as crianças sentiram falta de ter uma piscina aquecida coberta para desfrutar

Das Frühstück bestens. Personal sehr aufmerksam un hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Zimmer war sehr gut, gegenüber des Rio Parana. Leider bin ca. um 18.00 eine Disko an zu lärmen. Ohne Ohrstöpsel hätte ich nich schlafen können. Würde wueder in dieses Gotel gehen, mit einem Zimmer auf der anderen Seite

Nothing fancy, but it has everything you may need. Spacious room with fridge and microwave. Amenities include swimming pool, billiards, and more. Unfortunately, that seems to be a smoking area and sometimes the smell leaks to the rooms.
