Electric heating - thingy, and washing clothes.
Outside, terrace, barbecue, parasol - garden shed for bicycles and skis - parking in front of the cottage.
Village centre and all shops 1 km away: bakery, butcher, newspapers, doctor, pharmacy and supermarket.
Cycle path and many opportunities for mountain biking and hiking in our surrounding fir forests.

The cottage located in Fraize, in the Ballons des Vosges Natural Park, is ideally located for holidays in the middle of nature, walks in the Vosges forest or skiing in winter.

The proximity of Alsace will allow you to discover the picturesque villages: Kaysersberg, Riquewhir, Eguisheim etc... with half-timbered houses, castles, such as Haut-Koenisbourg, the vineyard and its many tasting cellars.
Don't miss the Valley of the Monkeys, the Parc des Cigognes, and the Eagles, near Sélestat.

The gîte de Fraize is located in the heart of the Hautes-Vosges, the accommodation is close to ski resorts, hiking slopes and tourist towns such as Gérardmer, La Bresse.

In summer, Gérardmer, pearl of the Vosges, and its lakes welcomes many tourists for swimming, pedal boating and various water sports.

There are many possibilities for hiking all around the cottage, and on the Vosges peaks, La Schlucht, Le Honeck, the Route des Crêtes, with magnificent views of the Alsace plain and beyond. On the route, the Fermes-Auberges delight you with their local products.
Don't miss out on visiting the many museums on Heritage, Wood, Sawmills, Customs, War etc...
In La Bresse, 30 km, Fantastic summer/winter, on one of the fastest zip lines, possibility to fly in duo with a child or an adult, great success.
