"No maid service for 4 nights. Didn’t expect that."

"The pool wasn't open and you couldn't eat in your rooms, which is dumb because the food they served was cold and they didn't provide a microwave"

"Staff was super friendly, checking in and out was a breeze, and the room was clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast, it was a good spread! "

"Not sure why we were charged an extra $50 upon check in. There was no carts for unloading and the front desk made no action to find one. She continued to play on phone. The tile in the shower was cracked. Maintenance did at some point try to fill it but did do with gray caulk instead of white. It makes it appear dirty. Breakfast was amazing!"

"This is NOT a Best Western. It is a Comfort Inn. We arrived and could not find the Best Western because there is none. The desk clerk said the name was changed like six years ago. And the pool area was closed."

"Sheets stained, carpet not completely cleaned. Pool opens 10am not enough time to swim or get to swim before check out. Also closed early. Towels stain, tub looks bad. Irons didn’t work. Outlets didn’t work . Lamps didn’t work or broken before we used the room. "

"Parking was fine. Girl working was okay. The place is a dump tho. Got in room and there were no bedside lamps the walls had some sort of dried fluid. The floors were absolutely filthy. Dead bugs laying around. I went to turn on tv and there was no remote. After i got one from the desk i turned the tv on only to find the dish network box wasnt working. I couldnt take a shower cause it was more dirty than i was. The list goes on. Absolutley avoid this place at all cost."
