Onze verblijfplaats telkens we in Francistown zijn

Heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel, zowel aan receptie als in het restaurant en in housekeeping en gardening. Mooie tuin, comfortabele kamer, prachtig zwembad en lekker eten.

Alle staff heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was netjes en had alles wat we nodig hadden, rustig aan de rand van het mooie domein gelegen. Prachtig zwembad. Er mogen iets meer ligzetels staan. Goede lunch- en dinner mogelijkheden en alles was heel lekker. Degelijk ontbijt maar niet spectaculair.

Great job Marang!

The staff were very courteous, friendly, helpful and committed to making our stay comfortable and meet out expectations. I received calls to check on our stay during the stay. The cleaning lady that attended to our room was very polite and helpful too. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the suite and we felt safe that all the COVID 19 restriction were adhered to.

I booked this hotel, but it is not operating. They arranged another Cresta in Francistown which is cheaper than this hotel. Not yet replied how to compensate the difference.

Probably the best hotel in town. Room was in general good condition and felt clean. Locationwise it helps to have a car otherwise taxi might be required but it is only a short ride into town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A very good experience.

Fijn verblijf in een net gerenoveerd hotel

Zeer fijn hotel met net gerenoveerde keurige kamers die voorzien zijn van alle gemakken. Vanuit de kamer ook een mooi uitzicht over de grote tuin. Enige minpunt was de bediening bij het avondeten. Uiteindelijk meer dan een half uur moeten wachten voordat wij eindelijk de rekening kregen.

Schlichtes 3 Sterne Hotel. Für Zwischenübernachtungen ausreichend. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet!!! Weinkarte kennt nur Rot und Weiss. Keine Winzer- und Traubensorten. Bungalows sehr ruhig gelegen.

Recommended. Clean, comfortable, secure parking. Good breakfast was included, which had eggs cooked to order, plenty of fresh fruit and several other buffet items. I had inadvertently left my computer at the previous hotel we'd stayed at and asked the front desk for assistance in having it shipped to me. One of the reception clerks was very helpful in reuniting me with my computer. Overall, staff was friendly and attentive. Grounds are pleasant as well.

wonderfully peaceful

The staff were welcoming and very efficient when booking us in. We were overwhelmed at the beautiful, peaceful setting - lush green lawns and the most magnificent trees. Our room was more than satisfactory with much needed aircon and a very comfortable 'king size' bed. However, the over-full pillows were not conducive to a great sleep! Dinner was an excellent buffet with so much on offer and everything deliciously cooked. Eating this on the patio under the stars was an added bonus. Breakfast buffet was equally good. We just wish we could have stayed longer than our 1 night.
